Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a $100 fee in order to accommodate your specialist.

A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted. After the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and a $100 fee will occur.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please clearly state if you are or are not able to make your original appointment regardless of availability. Failure to confirm prior to the 24 hours leading up to your original appointment will result in a $100 fee.

Recurring training/pilates sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a $100 fee. After 3 late cancellations, your spot will be forfeited to accommodate our waitlist.

Returns are eligible within 30 days of your original purchase date. All items returned must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.
