About

Us

Dr. Dana Laridaen opened the doors to O2 Chiropractic and Wellness on February 2nd, 2012 with only herself and one massage therapist on staff.

Since then, O2 has grown into an office of 17, including our office dog and head of morale, Thor, as well as multiple experts in Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Pilates, Personal Training, Nutrition and Yoga.

After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2007, Dr. Laridaen mastered her chiropractic and diagnostic skills while working in a high-volume office in Los Angeles. It was this experience that gave her the knowledge and confidence to open her very own chiropractic office in sunny Santa Monica, California.

Over the years, Dr. Laridaen has slowly built a team of handpicked, all-star providers with a set of unique skills and specialties in order to make your experience the very best. She prides herself on not only helping each patient locate the cause of their issue, but providing expertise on how to best treat it.

Massages Treat:

Medical grade therapeutic massage is great for chronic muscle or joint pain as well as recurring symptoms that seem to accompany or are precipitated by muscle tightness.

Medical massage addresses stiff necks and backs from sitting or standing at your desk all day, as well as leg muscles and glutes from working out without proper stretching after.

Stretching can only help so much, at some point, a medical massage is needed to get the muscles to relax at a deeper level. If you exercise on a regular basis, medical massage can help enhance your workouts.

Come let us show you how much better you can perform at work and working out.
